The dataset—known as the ALIS 500—captures key performance indicators across diverse geographies, ownership models, and community sizes, offering operators real-time insight into national trends shaping the senior living industry. - Median Occupancy: 86.1%, closely aligned with national NIC MAP benchmarks.
- Resident Age: Average of 82.9 years (a decrease from 83.4–the average age of residents in the Q2 ALIS 500); 21% are 90+.
- Memory Care Utilization: 32% of residents use Memory Care services.
- Length of Stay (LoS): Average 493 days, median 258 days—with 58% of residents moving out within one year.
