The integration is live and is now broadly available in the ALIS App Store, adding to a rapidly expanding ecosystem of best-in-class technology partners purpose-built for senior living.

  • Resident profile and payer data sync: Resident name, occupancy status, unique identifiers, guarantor contact information, and primary payer details are pulled directly from ALIS into Sunbound, eliminating duplicate data entry.
  • Charges and statement management: Costs, credits, insurance payer details, and service dates are pulled in real time, with on-demand PDF statements and alerts triggered when statements are ready.
  • Bi-directional payment posting: Payments are pushed back into ALIS automatically. If a payment fails or is returned, the system flags it immediately so staff can apply corrections without delay.
  • Move date synchronization: When a resident’s financial move-in or move-out date is updated or deleted in ALIS, Sunbound reflects that change automatically, keeping billing records accurate without manual intervention.

 

The ALIS platform is built to be fully interoperable, and the App Store ensures that data flows freely and accurately between ALIS and its partners in real time, without manual exports, reconciliation steps, or middleware workarounds.
