New bidirectional integration surfaces Inspiren’s fall alerts into ALIS, giving care teams real-time visibility and a single place to respond.
ALIS, the leading clinical and operational platform purpose-built for senior living, today announced a bidirectional integration with Inspiren, provider of AI-powered fall safety and passive resident monitoring for senior living communities. Now live, the integration expands the ALIS App Store ecosystem to more than 130 integrations.
Through the integration, verified fall events and room alerts from Inspiren’s AI-powered ecosystem surface automatically inside ALIS—in real time, within the resident record where care teams already work. Staff can respond, document, and initiate reassessment without leaving ALIS or manually entering data across systems.
“The communities delivering the best outcomes aren’t doing it with more tools, they’re doing it with better connected ones,” said John Shafaee, CEO of ALIS. “Through the ALIS App Store, our partner integration ecosystem, we are bringing Inspiren’s AI-powered fall detection directly into the resident record, which means faster response, better documentation, and a care team that always has the full picture.”
For many communities, fall detection and care documentation have existed in separate systems. Staff acknowledge an alert in one place and document the response in another, often with a delay. The ALIS–Inspiren integration closes that gap. When Inspiren detects and confirms a fall or room event, the flagged resident appears in ALIS Monitoring automatically — with event type, timestamp, and resident context already in place.
“Fall detection only matters if it leads to faster action,” said Michael Wang, Founder and Chief Clinical Officer of Inspiren. “This integration gets verified alerts straight into the resident record, so care teams can respond immediately — with the full picture, in one place.”
The ALIS–Inspiren integration is bidirectional, sharing data between both platforms to keep care teams informed without manual entry:
- Verified fall alerts in ALIS Monitoring. Inspiren-confirmed events appear so staff can respond without switching platforms.
- Bidirectional resident data. ALIS shares resident name, room number, community, and room occupancy with Inspiren. Inspiren returns event type, timestamp, and resident identity back to ALIS — keeping both systems current.
- Staff context for Inspiren. Staff name, role, and email from ALIS flow to Inspiren, ensuring monitoring events are tied to the right people on the care team.
Early results from Solera Senior Living, where ALIS and Inspiren are both part of the Alliance for Connected Senior Living, point to the impact of this connected approach. As of 2025, shared outcomes include a 57% reduction in falls, a 54% reduction in ER visits, and a 44% reduction in hospitalizations.
The integration is available now to senior living communities using both ALIS and Inspiren. Operators interested in enabling the integration can contact info@go-alis.com.
